Joseph Evans obtained his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2017 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association that same year. While in law school, Joseph was a Senior Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and also served on the Moot Court Board.
