Joseph Evans obtained his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2017 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association that same year. While in law school, Joseph was a Senior Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and also served on the Moot Court Board. Before joining Fallon, McKinley, Joseph clerked for the Honorable George B. Fearing at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III. Joseph’s practice encompasses a wide variety of civil matters with an emphasis on commercial, business, and personal injury litigation.
