Fallon & McKinley, PLLC was very involved in the asbestos litigation and the DES litigation.  We tried several cases in both arenas.  Product liability in general includes everything from automotive to personal products to pharmaceuticals.  A detailed understanding of the Washington Tort Reform Act, The Washington Products Liability Act and cases interpreting the Acts is essential in this litigation.
