LIQUOR LIABILITY
Liquor liability cases are a continuing source of litigation although recent Washington decisions have clarified the legal duties and provided defenses. Recently Fallon & McKinley, PLLC has obtained summary judgment dismissal orders in two very serious injury cases involving liquor liability.
