APPELLATE PRACTICE

Appeals have always been an important part of Fallon & McKinley PLLC’s litigation practice.  Our attorneys appear several times a year in State and Federal Courts of  Appeals.  In recent years, the cases most frequently on appeal involve insurance coverage, construction defect issues, premises liability and products liability.  Fallon & McKinley, PLLC has developed an analytical and persuasive approach to appeals that has proven very successful.
